Meetings of the Board are conducted for the purpose of carrying on the聽business of the District and, therefore, are not public meetings, but聽meetings held in public.

Advanced publicized notice of the time; and place of each聽board meeting聽shall be published in the聽official newspaper as designated annually by the Board.

The Board will provide an avenue for citizens to express their interest in聽and concerns for the District and its schools. 聽Citizens who wish to make requests,聽presentations or proposals to the Board are requested to direct these聽to the Superintendent of Schools who will聽consider and act upon聽them according聽to rules adopted by the Board.

Board minutes shall be open to public inspection during normal business hours.
